About Meet Essie. If Essie could talk she would tell us a sad tale. At just 5 pounds, and 7 years old, this girl lived a rough life. Somehow Essie ended up at a shelter, and found herself in danger. So of course we welcomes this tiny girl to our organization. Essie is a sweetie, however would prefer to spend her days napping in her favorite bed. Essie is a home body and isn't really a fan of traveling. She would benefit from a calm home with no young kids, and someone who will allow her to blossom on her own time. |
Essie gets along well with other calm dogs and cats. She is more so a couch potato then an adventurer. Essie does have a mild collapsed trachea that causes light coughing. She is fully potty trained and just wants to find a forever home who won't let her down again.

Please be advised that all adoption fees go back into rescuing our animals. When you adopt from our organization you help save the life of the next dog or cat who joins.
Our animals will have been spayed/neutered, updated on vaccinations, de-wormed, flea treated, health checked, and micro-chipped at the time of adoption.
